SHIPPING, REFUNDS, AND OTHER POLICIES

SHIPPING: Free shipping, except for “redesign” exchanges. You will have to pay for your own return. Since these are hand made it takes time to make them. Please allow for one week for the Soft Cuddly Cutie to be made, and then shipped. An email will be sent to you when the package has been sent. I will be using standard shipping so please keep in mind the time it may take to get to you. Violet’s Soft Cuddly Cuties will be sent in a manila envelope.

REFUNDS: If you feel there are flaws in the design, I will do what I can to fix it. However, items may not be returned because they do not “appear” as you expected them, so the more specific you are in your request, the better I can make your Soft Cuddly Cutie to your satisfaction. Keep in mind that these are handmade crafts, customized to customer specifications.
